duoARtia Pianists Astolfi & Roadfeldt at Gustavus

The Gustavus Adolphus College Department of Music is pleased to host duoARtia in concert as part of their 2013 fall tour. Pianists Jeri-Mae Astolfi and Holly Roadfeldt, both avid supporters of contemporary music, will perform in a duo-piano recital on Saturday, November 16 at 1:30 p.m. in Bjorling Recital Hall on the Gustavus campus. The Department of Music at Gustavus Adolphus College proudly presents Erik Blomquist in his senior piano recital. The recital, which is free and available for the public, will take place on Sunday, November 17, at 3:30 p.m. in Bjorling Recital Hall

Gustavus Symphony Fall Concert Benefit for Starfish Project

The Gustavus campus will be delighted once again by the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra’s fall concert. The orchestra, conducted by Ruth Lin, will present its concert on Sunday, November 10 at 1:30 p.m. in Jussi Bjorling Recital Hall. The concert includes guest performances by trumpet professor Steve Wright and first-year horn student Bailey Hilgren. Admission to the concert is free but donations will be encouraged for the non-profit Starfish Project.

Gustavus Honor Band Opens 25th Season

The Gustavus Honor Band Festival and Concert will celebrate its 25th anniversary on November 3 and 4.
