    The Gustavus Department of Music is pleased to feature faculty members Karrin Meffert-Nelson, clarinet and Justin Knoepfel, viola, in concert with the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra and Conductor Ruth Lin, Sunday, November 13, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Christ Chapel. This concert is free and open to the public.

  • Gustavus & Vasa Autumn Winds Friday

    The Gustavus and Vasa Wind Orchestras’ fall concert in Christ Chapel on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College will be presented Friday, November 11, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Long-time conductor Douglas Nimmo is joined by the Vasa Wind Orchestra’s new conductor Karrin Meffert-Nelson for this performance which is free and open to the public.

  • Gustavus Honor Band XXII Concert Monday

    More than 100 student musicians from 43 high schools across Minnesota and northern Iowa will converge on Gustavus Adolphus College for the twenty-second annual Gustavus Honor Band Festival, November 6 & 7, 2011.
