Folk Duo Neal and Leandra Present Coming Home Concert at Gustavus
Minneapolis folk duo and Gustavus alumni Neal and Leandra return for a special Homecoming/Family Weekend concert at the place where they met 27 years ago, Gustavus Adolphus College. With seven successful cds on the market and concert tours taking them from coast to coast, the Red House Recording artists will appear in concert on Saturday, October 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the College's Jussi Bjorling Recital Hall. Tickets for the performance are available at the Gustavus Ticket Center (507-933-7590) or at the door.
Neal Hagberg Presents CD-Release Concert Saturday
Neal Hagberg, award-winning singer/songwriter with the Neal & Leandra folk duo, will present a concert at Gustavus Adolphus College on Saturday, March 8, to release his new solo cd, It's Not As Simple As It Seems. Hagberg's performance is part of a week-long residency in which he will present a series of homilies at Morning Worship each day in Christ Chapel and conclude with the solo performance in Jussi Bjorling Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m.
