1990 Gustavus graduate Jerrad Fenske returns to Gustavus Adolphus College on Sunday, April 10, to present an Alumni Organ Recital in the Youngdahl Organ Studio in the Department of Music (Room 103) on the Gustavus campus. Fenske’s recital begins at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

For this alumni recital, Jerrad Fenske will open with the Praeludium g – Moll by Arnold Matthias Brunckhorst and the “1st Kyrie” from de Grigny’s Premier Livre D’Orgue, followed by J. S. Bach’s Allein Gott in der Höh sei Ehr and Brunckhorst’s Praeludium e – Moll. After a short intermission, Fenske returns to the bench with Johann Pieters Praetorius’ three-movement Wir glauben all an einen Gott and three movements from de Grigny’s Premier Livre D’Orgue. The recital concludes with Bach’s Praeludium et Fuga in e – Moll.

Jerrad Fenske is a 1990 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and earned his Masters from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is Artistic Director of Men’s Voices Milwaukee, organist and choirmaster at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Milwaukee and is on the choral faculty of Cardinal Stritch University.

Fenske’s alumni organ recital begins at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 10 in the Youngdahl Organ Studio (Room 103) in Schaefer Fine Arts Music. The recital is free and open to the public.
