Gustavus musicians and dancers volunteer talent for Children’s Minnesota

Support Children's Minnesota by attending a concert featuring Yumiko-Oshima-Ryan, dancers from Gustavus, and the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Hamline University's Sundin Hall.

Artaria String Quartet Returns to Gustavus

Minneapolis-based Artaria String Quartet returns to Gustavus Adolphus College on September 28 and reunites with Gustavus pianist Yumiko Oshima-Ryan for a concert including works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Dmitri Shostakovich. Sunday's event begins at 3:00 p.m. with a pre-concert lecture. The concert follows in Bjorling Recital Hall at 3:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

Pianist Alex Zupan to Present Senior Recital

Alex Zupan, senior honors mathematics and honors music major, will present his senior piano recital on Sunday, May 6, beginning at 3:30 p.m. in Jussi Björling Recital Hall on the Gustauvs Adolphus College campus. Following a program which includes works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Ravel, a reception will be held in Mr. Zupan's honor in the recital hall lobby.
