Gustavus’ Anderson Theatre to Present Gao Xingjian’s The Other Shore

The Department of Theatre and Dance at Gustavus Adolphus College will present The Other Shore, a play written by Nobel Prize winner Gao Xingjian. Directed by Amy Seham and featuring choreography by Melissa Rolnick, performances will be held in Anderson Theatre Feb. 19-21 at 8 p.m. and Feb. 22 at 2 p.m.

Gustavus associate organist Chad Winterfeldt will present Olivier Messiaen’s Nine Meditations for Organ in Christ Chapel on Friday, February 13, 2009, beginning at 7:30 p.m. This faculty recital is a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the French composer and organist.
