Hillstrom Museum to Showcase Student Work

The Hillstrom Museum of Art at Gustavus Adolphus College will present Kaleidoscope: Senior Show 2009, an exhibition featuring the work of ten studio art majors at the College. The show will be on display from Saturday, May 2 through Sunday, May 31 with an opening reception scheduled for 4-6 p.m. May 2.

Gustavus Senior Honors Recital Set for Saturday

The Gustavus Department of Music is pleased to present its annual Senior Honors Recital on Saturday, May 2, in Jussi Bjorling Recital Hall. Esther Wang Faculty Piano Recital Saturday

Pianist and Gustavus Adolphus College faculty member Esther Wang will present a recital Saturday, November 8, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Jussi Bjorling Recital Hall on the Gustavus campus. For this performance, she will be joined by violinist Ariana Kim and 'cellist David Carter. The recital is free and open to the public.

Gustavus Presents First Annual OcTUBAfest

The Department of Music at Gustavus Adolphus College will present the first OcTUBAfest in Jussi Björling Recital Hall on Saturday, November 1, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Paul Budde, instructor of euphonium and tuba at the college, will direct this first annual celebration of music for euphonium and tuba.
